I recently stayed here in one of the suites and I found a bed bug in my bed. It was an adult bug. I notified management and left the resort immediately. The management was nice and refunded our money, however, when they contacted us a few days after the incident they said that an exterminator was coming the following Monday. Earlier that day before we saw the bug in our bed, we asked if we could pay additional money to stay longer and we were told that it was not possible because the room we were in was already booked. I am assuming that they just let the next family stay in a room that clearly has bed bugs in it!! I would not risk it, steer clear!! 35b387c
